Checkmate Group

The Checkmate Group in shop 14 manages the largest portfolio of shops at Queens Court, and prides itself on making the leasing process simple and cost-effective for tenants.  Leases are for a minimum of one year. When visiting the shopping centre you may notice a few chess-themed displays. Maybe because the owner of this aptly-named  group is also New Zealand’s only-ever chess grandmaster, Murray Chandler MNZM. “Well it is called QUEENS Court” he says.
