One of their more fiery specialties  is Biangbiang Mian, hand-pulled noodles drenched in a chilli oil sauce. Also for noodle lovers, You Po Mian is a must-try – perfectly cooked noodles, where the heat from hot oil splashed on top releases the full flavours of the spices. Or for something milder, try their Rou Jia Mo, a mouth-watering combination of succulent meat wrapped in a fluffy bun.
